twitter strikes again

Twitter has suspended my account for aggressive following.I remember when twitter didn't have all these rules and were not strict at all.
 This has cost me to lose a giveaway contest. It looked like I didn't take all the steps I claimed because of my suspended account. It's been three days and because of the holidays no one from twitter has answered any of my messages.It's very frustrating....much more then I should allow it to be.
